Return & Refund Policy

At IL Distributions LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Preserved flower arrangements and local delivery floral products
  • Opened, used, or damaged items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
